Friday at home workout of the day

Good morning, its FRIDAY! and do you know what that means?
1 more workout, till the weekend! so lets get it done!!

warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes
stretch out

your WOD:
10,9,8,7......1

Dips (off bench or stairs will work)
press ups / push ups
v-sits

20 burpees to finish off!!
For time!

Train hard, have fun, look great
