saturday at home workout

Good morning, and happy weekend!!
last of the cold, so lets stay warm inside and get a great workout in!

Warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

your WOD...

20 minutes as many rounds as possible:

25 air squats
10 press ups
15 sit ups
