GOOD FRIDAY AT HOME WORKOUT OF THE DAY!

YES it is good friday, and beautiful outside, and you are off!!
so lets make the most of the day, and go for a power walk with family & friends.
1 hour time on feet and cover as much ground as possible..
if you are feeling up for it, add a few walking lunges along the way!
