lets put in a good workout today... starting off with your 10-15 minute warm up
WOD:
4 rounds for time
20 press ups
20 v sits
20 back extensions (cobra pose)
20 air squat jumps
rest 30 seconds in between each round
TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
