thursday at home workout

Good Morning!
happy thursday, lets train hard!!!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD of the day:
3 rounds total for 30 seconds each

push ups
sit ups
squats
lunges

rest 1 minute before starting the next round/
