wednesday at home workout

Good morning, enjoying the beautiful weather?

lets make use of the nice sunshine and go outside:
warm up 10-15 minutes light walk/jog & stretch

WOD: go to a local track or use your street
4 x 400 meter runs or power walk
resting 1:30 in between

rest 5 mintues
10 rounds
 10 second sprints follwed by 10 air squats
rest 1 minute in between each round

stretch out when done!
train hard, have fun, look great!
