Another beautiful day outside! lets make the most of it!
warm up 10-15 minutes as per usual and stretch out

Your WOD:
1 mile walk/jog/run around your neighbourhood

21-15-9
press ups
sit-ups

stretch out when finished!
train hard, have fun, look great
