wednesday at home workout

Good Morning!
beautiful day outside, so lets make the most of it!

30 minute drill:
Run 1 minute
walk 3 minutes
repeat for 30 minutes

Plank hold 2 x fatigue
resting 2 minutes in between sets

stretch out well.
Train Hard, have fun, Look great!
