tuesday at home workout

Good Morning!
lets get nice and warm, and work up a sweat on this chilly sunny day!

warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
3 rounds for time
40 air squats
30 sit ups
20 press ups
10 burpees

CANT TELL ME YOU WONT BE WARM!!
train hard, have fun, look great!
