Friday at home workout of the day

Good morning Fit Bunnies,
Friday is upon us, another weekend to train hard and have fun!

Warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
5 minute workout! of air squats for that beautiful toned bum!
1 minute as many air squats as you can do
rest 30 seconds
repeat 4 more times!!!!

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT!
