Saturday at home workout

Good Morning fit bunnies!
warm up as per usual 10-15 nminutes

WOD:
4 rounds for time rest 60 seconds in between sets

25 air squats
25 lunges
25 press ups
25 crunches or full sit ups

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
