Monday at home workout

Happy Easter Monday,
for those that aren't at work, enjoy your extra day off! Hope we all enjoyed our easter bunny treats and are now ready to burn it all off!

Warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
7 rounds for time
10 push ups
10 full sit ups
10 air squat jumps
10 jumping jacks

Post me your times and we will put them up!
