Tuesday home workout of the day

Rise and shine.. and now that we are all back to work, lets have a great workout!

warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
5 rounds to complete:

30 seconds of air squats
rest 15 seconds
30 seconds of push ups
rest 20 seconds
30 seconds of skipping
rest 30 seconds

train hard, have fun, look great
