monday at home workout

good morning fit bunnies, another week is upon us!
lets get nice and warm today 10-15 minutes cardio to warm up

wod: cardio day!!

100 skips
20 jumping jacks
rest 30 seconds

3 rounds for time

finish off with 1 set of plank hold to fatigue

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
