Good Morning all you fit bunnies....
warm up because it is cold out there today!! 10-15 minutes you know the drill!
WOD:
10 rounds for time... rest 30 seconds in between each round
3 push ups
5 dips off stairs
7 stair or box jumps (you can step up if needed, but make it 14: 7 on left leg, 7 on right leg)
9 air squats
TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
