saturday at home workout

good morning, and happy weekend to all my fit bunnies!

warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
get outside and move!!!!! legs may be sore from yesterday so lets soak up that vitamin d and move around!

30 minutes trail coverage....
cover as much ground as you can, buy walking, jogging, running etc.

at home finish off with a plank 1 x fatigue!

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
