sunday at home workout

Good Morning Fit Bunnies!
beautiful day out today, lets make the most of it and work hard to get those results!!


warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
50 squats
40 lunges
30 sit ups
20 press ups
10 burpees

FOR TIME!

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
