well, long weekend is fast approaching, so lets get a great workout in before the easter bunny arrives!!
warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes
WOD:
FOR TIME:
50 air squats
25 push ups
1 minute plank hold (if you have to rest, stop the clock, and re-start once you are back in position)
40 jumping jacks
