warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes
nothing is sexier than a toned upper back and arms!!
WOD: 4 rounds
10 lateral raises (out front shoulders come to parallel, use 3-5 pound weight or heavy soup can)
10 press ups
10 lateral raises (out to the side)
10 dips
TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
