wednesday at home workout

good morning fit bunnies!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
15 minute drill as many rounds as possible:

60 skipping (singles or doubles)
50 lunges (moving)
40 second count plank
30 sit ups
20 press ups
10 v sits

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
