tuesday at home workout

Good Morning Fit Bunnies!
beautiful day, lets train hard and see those results!

Warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
10 minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

10 jumping jacks
20 air squats
30 sit ups

Train hard, have fun, look great
