Workout of the Week

warm up as per usual!

Complete 3 rounds. You have 5 minutes to complete each round. If you don't finish, try and beat your score the next time round. Rest 3 minutes in between each round.

25 push ups
50 sit ups
75 air squats
100 jumping jacks
