1. Write out 5 - 10 goals you would like to accomplish in the New Year
2. Buy a Frame
3. Place goals in the frame and hang up somewhere in the house that you will see everyday
4. Highlight the accomplished goals
5. Create an album of your goals..
for example, if you ran a half marathon, keep the bib and pictures, and create a scrap book with the
header: Goal 1: complete a half marathon.
This is a great way to hold yourself accountable, and reap the rewards of an album to show your accomplishments!
