Warm up: 10 - 15 minutes on any cardio piece of your choice. If at home walking, skipping etc.
15 minutes Routine: complete as many rounds as you can.
Every time you complete 1 round, add 5 reps to each exercise
10 press ups
20 sit ups
30 squats
10 dips (off box or step if at home)
20 leg raises (keep legs together and straight.... raise off floor between 6-12 inches)
30 lunges (each leg)
10 burpees
Its like you read my mind! You appear to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is magnificent blog. A fantastic read. I'll certainly be back.
