Friday at home workout of the day

Hello all fit bunnies..
another weekend is here, so lets start it off right with a great workout!!
warm-up 10-15 minutes

WOD:
the chipper... work away at the reps.. cant go to the next exercise until you have completed it!!

100 air squats
75 sit ups
50 Lunges with a weight overhead
25 push ups
5 burpees

For time!!
