Thursday at home workout

Good Morning Fit Bunnies!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:

50 lunges (moving so that would be 25 on left, 25 on right)
25 lateral raises out to the front (with 3-5 pound weights or soup cans)
15 V sits
5 plank position - push up

just 1 round for time, post your times and be held accountable!
