warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes
WOD:
4 rounds of box training:
10 box jumps or stair jumps (you can do step ups 20x as a modification)
10 dips off box or stairs
10 air squats (bum touches the step on the way down)
10 press ups (hands on the stair or box)
FOR TIME!
