Good morning,
start of a new week, new training day... lets be on our way to those high set goals!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes
WOD:
10 minute walk / jog or run
1 minute of squats
8 minute walk, jog or run
45 seconds of press ups
6 minute walk, jog or run
30 seconds of lunges
4 minute walk, jog run
15 seconds of burpees
2 minutes walk, jog or run
HAVE FUN, TRAIN HARD, LOOK GREAT
