Sunday at home workout

Good Morning,
happy sunday to all! it may be a day of rest to some.. but not to us fit bunnies!!

Warm-up as per usual
10-15 minutes


WOD:
1 round for time
100 skips
90 jumping jacks
80 step ups on stair or box (40 left leg, 40 right leg)
70 crunches (just shoulder blades off floor)
60 second hold plank
50 air squats
40 lunges
30 lateral raises front (3 pds or soup can)
20 push ups
10 burpees

Train hard, have fun, look great
