Wednesday at home workout

Good morning!!!
Warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
3 rounds, rest 3 minutes in between each rounds

30 air squats
40 overhead lunges (hold a weighted object above your head, arms locked out straight)
50 skips (either singles or doubles)

Train hard, have fun, look great
