2 cups of diced cooked chicken
4 cups of red/white cabbage
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 apple
1 tbs of oregano
4 tbs olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinager
pepper to taste
Method:
mix all ingrediants together and serve!
serves 5-6
