Workout of the Day

Start the weekend off right!! Here it is........

warm-up 10-15 minutes on any piece of cardio if at the gym, or use a step to walk up and down/ skipping rope or jog on the spot if in your house

THE CHIPPER! you can take a break if you need to during each exercise, but you can't go onto the next exercise until you have finished all of the reps!!

10 lateral raises (take a 1-3 pd weight or soup can, keep arms straight and raise to shoulder height)
20 push ups (on knees or full, your choice)
30 sit ups (shoulder blades off floor for a modification for some)
40 lunges both legs!!
50 squats
60 step ups (onto a box, or step at home)
70 jumping jacks (standing snow angels as some like to call them!)
80 heels to bum (kick your heels to your bum)
90 seconds wall sit (place back against wall and slide down so legs are parallel to floor, no putting hands on your knees, press your heels into the ground and back against wall)
100..... HUGS!!! you deserve it!
