Rise and shine, it is once again a beautiful day here in oakville, a high of 21. (no i am not going to be a weather girl.. i will stick to fitness) I hope that wherever you may be in the world, the weather is shining, and you can enjoy todays workout... outside!
warm-up 10-15 minutes as per usual
WOD
1 mile walk, jog or run
rest 5 minutes
1 mile walk, jog or run
(trying to stay at the same pace on the second mile)
finish off with 10, 9,8,7.........1 reps of
Air Squats
jumping jacks
train hard, have fun, look great
