Tuesday at Home Workout

Good morning!
ready for your workout of the day?? I will be doing the same workout with you, but i will scale yours for time purposes... how thoughtful!

warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
50 skips (either single or double unders, if you have to ask what double unders are, just stick to singles)
10 burpees

x 3 rounds for time
rest 2 minutes in between each round

Train hard, have fun, look great!
