friday at home workout

Good morning fit bunnies!
friday is upon us, so lets get another great workout in to start the weekend off the right way!

warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes (ether walking, jogging, skipping, biking, stair stepping)

WOD
the chipper.... as in you can't go onto the next exercise till you have completed all reps... you may need to break it up, thats ok!

100 skips
90 air squats
80 jumping jacks
70 lunges (movement)
60 sit ups (or crunches)
50 lateral raises out front (you an use 3-5pd dumbbells or soup can)
40 push ups
30 dips
20 plank hold (drive knee to elbow)
10 burpees


this isn't a joke, u can do this, just split it up and get her done!! its all mental, fight through it and you will come out on top, and learn a lot about yourself in the mean time!
