warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes
WOD:
50 skips
50 air squats
40 skips
40 lunges
30 skips
30 sit ups
20 skips
20 press ups
10 skips
10 burpees
TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
