Need a quick and painful workout to set the day off?
warm up for 5-10 minutes by walking, jogging, stair stepping, biking etc.
WOD:
3 rounds for time: rest 2 minutes in between each round
100 Skips (double unders if you can)
50 movement lunges
25 squat jumps (or burpees for a challenge)
