Sunday, day of rest.. NO WAY! here it is!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes (skipping, jogging on spot, walking, using any piece of cario equipment if you have one)
YOUR WOD.....
max out! you have 3 exercises, 3 rounds and 1 minute rest in between each exercise... meaning you will have 8 minutes of rest total! max out means, do as many as you can till failure.. once you stop, you cannot do anymore!
MAX push ups (on knees or full)
rest 1 minute
Max Sit ups (crunches as in shoulders off floor, or full)
rest 1 minute
Max air squats
rest 1 minute... and continue from the beginning 2 more times
remember your score each exercise, and at the end you can add up a final number! Good luck!
