good morning,
hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend, and is ready to step up their training again!!

warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:

skipping
1 minute max:
press ups
1 minute max:
air squats
1 minute max:
sit ups

4 rounds for time!
