saturday at home workout

good morning fit bunnies

warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
50 air squats
40 lunges
30 sit ups
20 press ups
10 burpees

1 round for time!

then hold a plank for as long as you can!

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT!
