wednesday at home workout

good morning!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
3 rounds:
push ups to fatigue
rest 1 minute
sit ups to fatigue
rest 1 minute
air squats to fatigue
rest 3 minutes

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
