tuesday at home workout

good morning fit bunnies!

warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
3 rounds
1 minute of air squats
rest 20 seconds
1 minute of lunges
rest 20 seconds
30 seconds of sit ups
rest 10 seconds
30 second of push ups

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
