monday at home workout of the day
Good Morning Fit Bunnies!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes
WOD:
2 rounds for time
100 skips
50 step up / jumps
25 lunges
10 burpees
rest 3 minutes in between rounds
TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
