How do we feel.. end of the week, and all geared up for the weekend/famioly day holiday? lets start it off right with a good workout! if you have a bit of time and a few bucks to spare, go and buy a skipping rope... as some of the workouts are going to incorporate them soon! just giving you a heads up. Enough chit chat, here's your W.O.D.
warm up as usual 10-15 mintues
WOD:
4 minutes to complete each round.. and rest 2 minutes in between. you have 4 rounds to complete in 4 minutes, when the time gets to 4 minutes, you stop. If you finish earlier, great you get more rest!! if you haven't.. thats ok, stop there!
10 burpees
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 squats
50 jumping jacks
HAVE FUN!!!!
