warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes
stretch out
Your WOD
21-15-9 (21 reps, then down to 15 reps, then down to an easy 9 reps for time)
burpees
push ups
V- sits (like a crunch, lie on your back and extend legs up to parallel, now reach up for your toes creating a v like shape with your body... yes shoulders have to come off the ground, and NO bending legs to touch feet, that would be cheating)
