Monday Home Workout

Happy Family Day to those in Canada... (the parts of canada that celebrate it) and for those that follow in other countries... happy monday, enjoy the start of your work week!! and what better way to start it off then working out!

warm-up as per usual, 10-15 minutes

WOD:
10 rounds for time:
10 walking lunges
10 push ups
10 tuck jumps

stretch out when done!
