Sunday At home Workout

Long weekend to the Canadians... so lets work hard for that extra sleep in tommorow... and remember you were supposed to get a skipping rope!! get it today as many stores will be closed!

Warm-up 10-15 minutes as per usual

Workout of the Day:
10 minutes: As many rounds as you can do! (also known as AMRAP.. as many rounds as possible)

10 tuck jumps
20 lunges
30 step ups (use stairs... and try to step up on the second step for more of a challenge!!)

Train Hard & look good doing it...
