Hello, everyone.. happy to be back at work?? silly question... well here is your workout for the day, hopefully it will get you off to a great start or end your day well! now.. did we get a skipping rope? i am giving you one more day to pick one up!!
warm-up: as per usual 10-15 minutes
WOD:
time workout: each exercise you will do for 1 minute.. then 45 seconds... then 30 seconds. (rest 20-30 seconds in between, if you need more, rest a bit longer) do each exercise for the alloted time before going onto the next one.
squats (1 minute, 45 sec, 30 sec)
push ups (1 minute, 45 sec, 30 sec)
sit ups (1 minute, 45 sec, 30 sec)
burpees (yup... for 1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds) pace yourself though!!
