How do we feel after the weekends workout? start of the new week.. lets start it off well!!
Warm up 10-15 minutes (again, walking, jogging, skipping or any piece of cardio equipment if you have one)
Workout....
1 minute each exercise for 4 rounds... (which means you are only working out for 12 minutes)
rest for 1 minute after each full round!
standing Lunges: right leg infront (for more of a challenge hold a weight or heavy text book over your head)
lateral raises: arms straight raise to shoulder height (use 1-3 pound weights or heavy soup can)
standing lunges left leg in front
burpees
12 minutes of hard work... you can do it!
