wednesday at home workout

hope you all did your homework and bought a skipping rope!! because you are going to need it today!

warm-up as per usual 10-15 minutes

Your WOD:

50 skips (either single or double unders depending on fitness levels)
50 sit ups (or crunches)

40 skips
40 sit ups

30 skips
30 sit ups

20 skips
20 sit ups

10 skips
10 sit ups
